Central Office should support and encourage the growth and dev of Ts who choose to grow/learn beyond the district PD model
OR you could be throw together blog post w/o it needing to be perfect then hit PUBLISH ;)

Yes I think Ts see globally: we have money for this & this but no money for PD. We need to have an understanding of funding.
