A1: Don't worry...Everyone gets a 100, but the Quiz is hilarious for them to take when NONE of them know what the heck is going on!

I love all the unusual sports that you don't see on TV. It gives me a chance to learn how to watch a new sport and its terminology.

A2: Last year one of our gym teachers did an Olympic Theme Field Day. It was incredible! Opening & closing ceremonies, sports, etc.
A3: I think most athletes go from self-doubt to realization that they actually can compete. Then self-confidence becomes unshakable.
A3: Olympians display the importance of grit. Helping students develop and build grit is definitely a focus this year.

A2: I was also thinking of having Ss deconstruct opening ceremonies & have Ss create a concept for homes, neighborhoods, or city.
