#NBCTchatter exists to promote accomplished teaching practices based on the research of the National Board of Professional Teaching standards and the experience of NBCTs. Our goal is to highlight our teacher leaders and give them a platform to talk about the practices, strategies, and plans that help prepare our students for life beyond our classrooms β becoming college and career ready.

A2 I would create morning, lunch, and after school Professional Learning teams so that teachers could choose their learning. I have the teacher-leaders meet regularly to share their celebrations, struggles, and to learn from each other.

A2: I enjoy our School Culture committee. It is charged with celebrations, team building events, and games. It assists with morale at the school. The goal is to unite the teachers! #United
