    A4: I’m in early elementary so I GET ON THE FLOOR WITH THEM, I play soccer with them at recess, I learn their dance moves (just mastered the dab), and I listen to them so I know what they want out of THEIR education—today they got to pick their HW for the week 🙌🏻 #TLAP

    A4: I think I try to keep it real all the time. FOR REALS. Honestly, I am at so many extra curricular events. Probably shouldn't do this but I have given many student's rides home. I have become good friends with many families. I have developed trust with families. #tlap
