#TCT18 yesterday, in 45 min of air time on our #CHIP#CTO live case, we failed septal surfing, failed AWE, failed StingRay... but succesfully connected to the LAD through an epicardial cc. Completed case with X-CART and LM-LAD stenting. Strength of hybrid approach. Pre and post.
