Hi Brian. Glad you're here! https://t.co/GUnnQnMcP8
Good Evening . First timer for this chat, Brian from Pensacola, Florida.
Hi everyone. Never done this chat before. Desiree from MI
A1: Effort is more important than the outcome. It's where the learning happens.
A1: Everything! With out effort you have nothing, you can't become great by just thinking it you must take steps to it.
Effort is a key component to growth. The more consistent effort given, the more growth can be made.
A1: Continuous self-evaluation followed by an action plan for improvement is key to having a growth mindset
A1: I grew up in an Italian family with no points for what was expected. You are always expected to give your best effort. So I do.
A1: Part of our classroom culture statement is that we "attempt every assignment". That takes effort.
A1: Effort + GM= a learner's path to mastery, A JOURNEY
Effort makes a difference between those who try and those who are too afraid to try. You need a "I think I can" mindset
A1. Effort encourages tenacity. Tenacity encourages to try new things, stretch your understanding. Seek new understanding.
Thank you. Fighting off the sandman. https://t.co/mPnqJ9tUg0
. So glad you are here…no matter how long You have great ideas!
Melissa Spiekerman, 5th grade teacher, Helotes TX. Super excited to learn with y'all!
A1: I think effort it something that has to be a constant in education if not what are we doing less than our best
A1": effort plays a critical role in . You have to want to work toward new level of thought
Good evening! Cyndi from Michigan, elementary principal.
Hello . 3rd grade teacher from
A1: Growth is so important to growing as an individual or reaching the next level in whatever you are doing.
A1: Without Effort there is no growth. The first part of making a change is the amount of effort you are willing to put into it.
Good evening from Florida
You can't do anything period if you don't. 😉 https://t.co/5WFaYYNZNo
A1: Well, you simply can't grow unless you try :)
A1: Putting in the practice through honest effort is essential in a growth mindset. Why bother if you don't make the effort?
With effort, what once seemed impossible becomes possible.
A1: need to learn from others, it's 10 pm here, on a school night, but want to keep learning - put the effort forth, great rewards
Love the word 'tenacity' https://t.co/DilnzGHtmB
A1. Effort encourages tenacity. Tenacity encourages to try new things, stretch your understanding. Seek new understanding.
When I was a S, we received effort grades on our report cards. My Ps and I were happy with less than an A if my effort was a 1.
A1: I believe that being a musician has always helped me see a strong connection to the importance of effort
A1 Perseverance, Determination, Goals, lead to growth
You dont need much talent to give effort you can totally control the coach in me talking l
A1- Apply effort 2 our own PD or other personal quests - connects us to challenges exp by Ss - write, present, try new sport
A1: Effort is vital to any kind of growth. How hard did you try to be successful? Did you give it your all?
So true, but what's great if u keep putting in the effort u can achieve, doesn't always happen right away https://t.co/hcwm4iz650
A1: Effort is more important than the outcome. It's where the learning happens.
A1 Dr Dweck says "effort is not enough" in an Eduction Week interview https://t.co/c26p9vzzUG It is a good starting point
A1: Nothing comes easy. You have to work hard to be able to grow and reach your goals.
Toutoule instructional coach from SoCal
A1- Your effort leads you on the path of wanting more, wanting to improve- which then fosters a growth mindset
Welcome Melissa! https://t.co/TUnJoV9YyY
Melissa Spiekerman, 5th grade teacher, Helotes TX. Super excited to learn with y'all!
Hi, Ro, ES Librarian. Mesquite Tx. Hope you are all well and ready for tomorrow!
A1: Nothing Changes without Effort.
Canada is pretty big. Care to get specific? haha
A1 We want our Ss to help them see the growth they are making we need to relate that to the effort they put into it. Ownership
The journey not the destination right
A1: Effort is also contagious!
Sometimes we can be successful without much effort, but that won't help us grow!
A1 Effort makes things possible.
A1: Effort is SO MUCH of our growth mindset - our favorite quote to remember and dissect is... https://t.co/w0JGcrYw6I
Sometimes we are reluctant to change a practice because it’s tradition. Gotta move out of comfort zone https://t.co/und1tTQGzi
A1: I've had to actively seek out resources, read them, consider them, and make some changes. This is effort.
At some level, "effort" can be like "trying". Sometimes it takes more than just trying to do something.
“: A1- Your effort leads you on the path of wanting more, wanting to improve- which then fosters a growth mindset ” Nice!
Some people grow up being satisfied with putting forth less than 100%. We have to teach the benefits of 'effort' each and everyday.
Great advice . I used to think I was going to go to the Olympics. That didn't happen, but I never gave up trying!
A2: learn in levels. Each level gets more challenging. But tutorials are always available.
Doesn't what fuels the effort determine its longevity?
Hi Aaron . Rosa Isiah, Elem school principal in Cali.
I need to share this with my struggling readers!
So your growth is intentional
A1 With effort, we may fail. As we fail we learn. Getting up and learning to appreciate the struggle is perseverance.
A1 to grow, you have to keep moving forward, even if that path takes a step backwards now & then...just keep moving & growing !!
Also have to focus our "efforts" in the right areas & need support while trying & learning from the experience
A1: We should show our staff that our effort is genuine and dedicated.
A1: effort shows care towards a situation. The more effort, the more care.
Interesting. How would you go about teaching the benefits of "effort"? Not easy!
First time twitter chat for me! HS ELA teacher, Buhler, KS. Excited to learn how this works.
Sometimes we want to get past the trying experience and on to big things w/out realizing the trying experience IS the big thing.
A1: Complacency is resolved by constantly sharpening the saw.
A1 Effort=My piano teacher rewarded me for my practice log b4 I played. She was growth mindset in the 80's! https://t.co/9mQiyn9yvX
A1- We have to instill the importance of effort because this will help our Ss work through life challenges and push them forward
There is no substitution for authenticity!
A2. Funny enough failures lead to more effort. I wanted to try harder to attain what I missed. A great motivator.
Are schools suppose to be about “Content” or how to build relationships? I choose relationships! https://t.co/s4iHs4HeMc
What else do you think is needed
Welcome! We're glad you're here! You'll LOVE Twitter chats :)
So true. How do we change cultures that say but it's the way we've always done it?
A1. I consider effort to be the recipe of ~input equals output~what you put in drives the quality of your results.
Having a growth mindset is not easy. It's hard work, hence it requires lots of effort.
A1 Effort is essential to growth mindset. You can grow if there is no effort to move forward with ideas and concepts. Dissonance
We also need to teach our Ss that it’s not only about believing. Hard work and effort do pay off https://t.co/B9xqsnKmTv
A1: Effort and grit make you stronger, helps you grow, and reach your goals.
Love this, will be sharing with my PLN
A1: effort is care and love for what you do
So important to teach Ss and their families the benefits of 'effort' each and everyday. https://t.co/oj8gSIO2Na
Some people grow up being satisfied with putting forth less than 100%. We have to teach the benefits of 'effort' each and everyday.
One person, then two, then four, then eight... https://t.co/4F3JSl4QR7
So true. How do we change cultures that say but it's the way we've always done it?
Q2: Once I realized failure didn't cause the walls to fall down, I began examining failure, and I found the keys to improvement.
A2: Failure hasn't taught me I can't do it. It's taught me I have to do it differently.
A2: twitter taught me the F.A.I.L. that I teach my ss no one is perfect and we are.supposed to make mistakes in order to learn
A2: failures show weaknesses, or opportunities to grow, in things and where more EFFORT is needed.
Speaking to my heart, you do! Love Star Wars!
A2: It doesn't feel good to fail, but it's essential to pick up the pieces and persevere- that's how we GROW!
A2 Without failure you sometimes don't realize you need to grow. FAIL- First attempt at learning is a quote I had from another chat
A2: It's not always going to work but learning to reflect on failure to grow from it & move fwd THAT friends is the accomplishment
A2: And how! Embrace the challenge of intentional REFLECTION
A2: reflecting on errors is how we learn
I will have to share this quote with my 5th graders.
A2: I wrote about the topic of this question earlier this week, helping other fight through failures. https://t.co/zWcFc5nWd3
A2. We must allow ourselves to take risks and make mistakes so we can learn from them and improve our practices as a result.
Boom! Focus is so important. https://t.co/yzkuiQ1ILZ
Also have to focus our "efforts" in the right areas & need support while trying & learning from the experience
A1 Constantly being open to self-reflect, re-adjust & reward. Create a system to maintain the mindset, not just visit periodically
So much in ed now is about failure and learning
A2: Failure needs to be re-branded as a misstep along the path, not a final outcome. Growth mindset = work in progress.
A1: One of my core values: never ask anyone to do anything you are not willing to do or work harder harder than you. Effort matters
A2: I used to say that I have never failed at anything. That's because I see perceived "failures" gifts.
We need to model for our students what servant leadership is and how to create positive relationships. https://t.co/wX9VZgnASI
Q2- failure provides us with an informal assessment of where we are at. It's not easy because ss tend to compare themselves with
A2: Failure is a key to know when you have found success. I always tell my class mistakes are the best thing to happen to you
Others. Due to that, a knowledge that we all make mistakes is paramount.
Effort...care...more effort...more care. A powerful cycle. https://t.co/UcFzMUC7zK
A1: effort shows care towards a situation. The more effort, the more care.
I agree. Learning this young helps you pick up & move fwd easier & with less fear of failure https://t.co/BtBpiOsRK8
A2. Funny enough failures lead to more effort. I wanted to try harder to attain what I missed. A great motivator.
At what point though will Ss stop trying because of failure
A2 Failure keeps you going.
A2 should be looked at as "learning".. not failure, mistakes, wrong paths, or thoughts, only choices that we learn from
A2: When I fail, even several times, but eventually succeed, I'm reminded that effort and perseverance pays off.
Whoops, wrong chat... https://t.co/sP2tLiOgbo
A2: My failures have taught me not to give up and that anything is possible...even when it seems impossible initially
Or rebranded as a step, not as a failure, but as an accomplishment.
it would be exciting to see what kind of magic happens outside of your comfort zone!
A2: Failures are not NOT the same as disasters...unless you don't do anything about them
A2: I've learned more about myself in failure than ever in winning. Failure + reflection can be a powerful step forward.
A2- Failure brings the choice to give up or try harder. I choose to try harder. We have to share these examples with our Ss
A2: I learn from every mistake and failure. Failures are just as valuable to the learning process as the successes.
Any time you see it, acknowledge it and celebrate it. https://t.co/ElzwVOEwWa
Interesting. How would you go about teaching the benefits of "effort"? Not easy!
A1 Effort is essential to growth mindset. No growth w/o effort to move from dissonance
A2: failure is hard to deal with, but if you realize you could have done better helps improve the effort for all things you do next
but it does get easier to deal with when you learn to reflect on the failure to move fwd stronger https://t.co/A12k6RxT1f
A2: It doesn't feel good to fail, but it's essential to pick up the pieces and persevere- that's how we GROW!
A2: I was afraid of mistakes as a teacher but my new school encourages risk taking and it has helped me feel less stress
hola. Good. Getting ready for a great work week y tú? ¿Como estas?
A2:Failure shows us where we are at and where we need to go. It is part of the journey, not the end.
A2: You would think failure has made me scared to try new things, but it's the opposite. It's taught me I can overcome.
Each failure = learning experience. It's important our Ss to see that.Never cover your mistakes up in front of Ss. Let them see it.
A2 Piano lessons. It took many tries of playing the same measures, never labeled "failing", just practice https://t.co/JdGnJuFAM5
A2. Failure drives me to reevaluate, question, refine, redesign, and work to improve. It is an essential part of learning.
Love the informal assessment analogy
A2- Failure can increase motivation. Success after failure proves that hope is worth it.
Chiming in late from Arkansas
Really excited to have you here! Jump right in! https://t.co/64kLqhJsr0
First time twitter chat for me! HS ELA teacher, Buhler, KS. Excited to learn how this works.
They have to learn to fall… However, we need to show them that it is grit that keeps them moving up. https://t.co/t0JikSoK5k
At what point though will Ss stop trying because of failure
Q2 Failure should catapult growth.
Failure presents the opportunity to try something else since the prior plan(s) didn't work out.
Effort is paramount for a growth mindset; so is a safe place to struggle so that one can truly build skills - for both Ts and Ss.
Once they reach a frustration point. You have to be mindful in monitoring the struggle, but don't give answers.
A2: I tell staff in all honesty that I fail forward every day. This models an environment of risk-taking. Developing resiliency...
struggling w/ this. Going 2 have my ss graph progress tomorrow. Will remind them of growth & learning from errors
Never stay satisfied with the status quo. Keep getting better! https://t.co/jt49dqMM5C
A1: Complacency is resolved by constantly sharpening the saw.
And as leaders we need to model that it is okay to make mistakes. https://t.co/OSczt1vPgO
Others. Due to that, a knowledge that we all make mistakes is paramount.
A2 Failure is the key to learning.
A2: My failures have helped me figure out who I really am, what I believe in, and what I will fight for
A2) Our failures propel us to try again. "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again."
Love that thought "Informal assessment" https://t.co/kuMKsGEAZ7
Q2- failure provides us with an informal assessment of where we are at. It's not easy because ss tend to compare themselves with
Failure may very well be our greatest source of learning?
I was SO thinking of Yoda but ran out of characters! Great follow-up.
A2: Failure should push us to find new directions and paths to the goals we have committed to achieving.
A2: Making mistakes is what makes you do things better. You know how NOT to do them.
Yes, Samantha. It is the effort and the risk free environment. They go hand in hand. https://t.co/ojHBu6cXPK
Effort is paramount for a growth mindset; so is a safe place to struggle so that one can truly build skills - for both Ts and Ss.
A1 One of my mottos... "Do it now! Do it now! Do it now!" It is my choice... my effort... there is always more to learn.
A2: I agree with in Bounce that progress is made be necessary failures; it is the driver of self-improvement.
Learning and growing is all about the mistakes/failures we have along the way. It's how we react to them that makes a difference
Good evening and ! Paola jumping in from Florida.
Effort is an integral piece of growth mindset
it's really fun when the error turns out to be the happy accident or AH ha moment! https://t.co/oMLeHWZqGi
A2: Failure is a key to know when you have found success. I always tell my class mistakes are the best thing to happen to you
We need intentional effort. Well placed effort. Maximize our energy.
A2: Effort and failure go hand in hand - don't stop! I love this acronym that's been circling Pinterest https://t.co/QI4EWaQSBg
A2 We learn from failure.
this is the biggest challenge when giving feedback that isn't always good.
What are your thoughts about whats in the article
Help them see others in life who have failed only to go on to meet their goals. Walt Disney was told he wasn't creative in school.
So what is the culture in your school? Command and control or creativity and imagination? Fail forward? https://t.co/NXNUhLsltj
We do not learn from doing something right the first time. We learn from doing it wrong and figuring out how to do it better.
Exactly, part of the puzzle leading to growth. https://t.co/DXymwbRZVx
Or rebranded as a step, not as a failure, but as an accomplishment.
Good for you! Transparency is essential as a leader who promotes a growth mindset model https://t.co/IYlpwgGp8T
A2: I tell staff in all honesty that I fail forward every day. This models an environment of risk-taking. Developing resiliency...
Ss need to believe classroom is " the place" to make mistakes, the place where learning happens. This creates belief of growth
A2: Failure leads to an intense focus on success and how to overcome deficiencies.
The effort itself is more important and valuable than the result it brings.
I agree with your positivity, but seeing the falling short and knowing it helps keep me real with Ss who struggle.
A2: I tell my Ss that if they fail, at least they tried. That's better than giving up before they start! https://t.co/SR6tLJDVbk
Ss must just try something new and know effort makes a difference in new learning.Tracking progress helps! https://t.co/vHel8xlRMX
A2 I read that "Failure is not the opposite of success, rather it is part of it."
A2: Teaching is the ultimate experience in "revisions":every newlesson plan is a "1st draft": facing failures & missteps=rewarding
What did not going to the Olympics do your self efficacy
This is great! https://t.co/4U8306KUaf
A2 I read that "Failure is not the opposite of success, rather it is part of it."
Hi
Carl from Emerald Australia
Experiencing failure not only helps the person who failed learn, but now the Ss can become the T and help others to succeed.
Q2: On a side note...coding teaches the growth mindset as students "test" their code through the process of programming.
If we are self-reflective in our practice, we are constantly learning from mistakes https://t.co/p1OTuaZ5xy
A2: Teaching is the ultimate experience in "revisions":every newlesson plan is a "1st draft": facing failures & missteps=rewarding
scariest thing is the fear of failure in front of students; I've embraced the term "epic fail" - it's all good!
Often when they perceive that they are alone in the struggle. We are a safety net against that feeling.
A2: I prefer to think in terms of "the power of yet" rather than think in terms of failure which can be discouraging.
How can we be intentional about growth
A2: On a side note...coding teaches the growth mindset as students "test" their code through the process of programming.
A2. Failures= opportunities to reflect, learn and grow. Failure is a necessary condition for learning & the road to betterment
Humbly acknowledging failure and striving to get back at it can be pivotal to an organization especially if the leader does it
A2 Read article obce about impirtance of failed research in science to teach us about why not to follow certain paths .
I didn't make the Olympics, by I graduated one of the top 4 gymnasts in the state of CT. I was proud of my best...
A2:Without failure we can not succeed. F: First,A:Attempt,I:In,L:Learning No1 person can learn something without failing first.
I like this quote, but the girl in the salt shaker is a little alarming, no?
A3: When people are stuck in a defensive mode, they tend to have a fixed mindset. We need to have safe environ for growth
A3: As an administrator, I notice teachers with a fixed mindset were once treated with disrespect by other Ts and admin.
A3: intimidation or humiliation based on failure or mistakes
A2 Growth mindset, internal belief systems that endure, depends on the school culture & climate. Ts & Admin make this priority
A3: A fixed mindset comes from failures without the resources or skills to learn from those mistakes. https://t.co/dk0XXU96v9
Yes! My Ss experience this. It's wonderful to watch them persevere!
A2: there is no failure if you reflect and then learn from that reflection
I believe life obstacles can zap your growth mindset instantly. It’s a constant work in progress. Stay focused and positive A3.
There's a lot of great information being shared tonight
A2 Failures are merely changes in direction.
Love it. Ss need to see that we fail also, it helps them see that it is okay to make mistakes.
And some positive experiences sprinkled in there
A2b reason not to do something can change to a reason to retry as science advances
A3: so many of my kids' experiences lead to a fixed mindset what I love is they recognize it once Growth Mindset is introduced! 🌱💡
my 8 yr old daughter doing piano lessons and is finally seeing that practice, working hard pays off!
A2: Failing gives me a chance to see what doesn't work. Never giving up gives me a chance to adjust and try again!
A3: I think when we put too much emphasis on grades and outcomes not processes
A3- Fear and broken relationships can lead to a fixed mindset. Regaining trust can be very difficult.
A3: having individuals who use their words negatively. Nothing fosters a fixed mindset like negativity & lack of encouragement
What gr8 way to approach missing the mark! H8 the word failure. BTW Violeta EL tchr jst happened upon chat https://t.co/oGfVGHY9Y6
A2: Failure hasn't taught me I can't do it. It's taught me I have to do it differently.
A2: failure is not falling - it is refusing to get up
LOL! Hadn't thought of that. https://t.co/Cq9BQAwAZY
I like this quote, but the girl in the salt shaker is a little alarming, no?
A2: You know, when you work really hard and still fail, it is a terrific opportunity to find out what you have left. Then try again.
So difficult to allow Ss to grapple with challenges before helping with a solution
A3. Comfort, feeling of success, routine, no need for change due to the above.
A2: If you have not failed, the dreams you are pursuing are not big enough. Failure is simply an opportunity to readjust.
A3: Teaching that there is only one way to do things can lead to a fixed mindset
BTW- I was 5'6" at 12 years old. Olympic gymnasts were much smaller... but my mom encouraged me anyway! https://t.co/1ayhg7SzJ4
I didn't make the Olympics, by I graduated one of the top 4 gymnasts in the state of CT. I was proud of my best...
This is so important for the growth mindset. Don't let our students get frustrated with imperfections! https://t.co/jklneWYV0t
so true; have to remember we are only human
what you hear others say about you can lead to a fixed mindset. I.e You are so smart. Or athletic, etc.
Failures help you find the things you weren't looking for.
A3: Only associating yourself with people that think just like you!
A3: Criticism without specific and goal oriented feedback & forgetting to celebrate what is going right
Q3 Success can often fixate us, "if it ain't broke don't fix it" mentality produces stagnation.
Don't forget to grow your with your fellow here tonight.
Hi! I feel failure is necessary for learning to take place
FM often has to do with negative reinforcement by P or T or peers. We are the counter to this
A3: Traditional grading systems can lead to a fixed mindset instead of a motivator, as in "I'll never get better than a C in math"
A3: treating learning as a competition can shut down some Ss. Same students always win. Everyone's success is different.
so what about the special ed classroom that prompts handover hand?No chance to fail and learn there:(
Awful but how do we move away from test scores
True, but some great learning happens at times when Ss learn to problem solve. One of those being perseverance.
A2: Experiencing failure drives self-reflection about what went wrong. It also fuels a desire to overcome weakness and rise above.
Earning grades for everything you do in class can create a fixed mindset in Ss. Grades are so final -- no opportunity to grow
A3 Ss repetitive "failure" instills a belief system of " I'm not smart" or " I can't", leading to a fixed mindset of defeat
A2: Faliure without reflection is a waste of time. Reflecting on failures builds a true Growth mindset
A3: A compliance-based environment. Heavy handed rules and "gotcha" moments. In a word: fear.
A3: Saying things like "I’m not creative" and believing it.
A3- Students develop a fixed mindset when praise is given based on results rather than effort!
A3: fixed mindset comes from being complacent, not innovating, and staying in your comfort zone. Esp. when something works for you.
I have Ss tell me things are hard before going in depth I always say "It's called ArtWork not ArtEASY Time" https://t.co/WhsuzE1hny
This is so true! So sad when it happens at home or in the classroom. https://t.co/pQoiOM1NVY
A3: intimidation or humiliation based on failure or mistakes
A3: Fear of what others will think if you fail or not having the support when you fail.
A3 Fixed MS experiences, Giving up learning to turn a cartwheel b/c I was the "fat kid." too personal? :) https://t.co/vu98zHarOa
A3 When Ss only hear about the "Test" not about anything else it is hard for them to see growth especially if they're struggling.
I don’t know that we can do that… It is how we react to them that matters. https://t.co/DByPBHY0gD
Awful but how do we move away from test scores
Clarification: grading systems without growth feedback! https://t.co/3GzVnMZPjL
A3: Traditional grading systems can lead to a fixed mindset instead of a motivator, as in "I'll never get better than a C in math"
A3: When educators focus on how much they know right now as opposed to how much more they have yet to learn.
Yes! Held in a box...it can be passed on...
And feedback has to be given right good and bad

A3 failure, doesn't want to repeat another mistake, keep doing the same old thing
A3. Fear of change, fear of failure, lack of resources, and fear of others can entrench a mindset. Those fears put up big walls.
The "game of school" is over, or should be. https://t.co/T9VaC6lcfP

A3 Fear of failure. Fear of change.
A3: too often we look for things that confirm our opinions; it's easy to base our ideas on our worldviews/beliefs
I try to model this on a daily basis with my Ss. Anyone can make mistakes even a teacher.
Great thoughts on developing a growth mindset on tonight!
A3) Unfortunately, as Ss progress in age, an accumulated amount of struggles lead to a Fixed Mindset. Needs to be taught early.

A3: A negative environment in which people are devalued contributes to fixed mindsets.
So learning to push through the failure

A3: Anyone want to open the Pandora's box of how grades can lead to a fixed mindset? Learning stops when grades are in,
Yep! That's a culture of mediocracy & it's hard to fight but the fight is so important https://t.co/WXe8ifq69g

A4. Feedback can provide reassurance, guidance, & build trust. It makes people feel worthy of their efforts & reflect.
A4: Feedback on a short book I'm publishing was huge. W/o help of my colleagues, it would not be the caliber I expect from myself.

A6: Surround yourself with ppl that support you & challenge you to improve. If they join you on the journey- anything is possible
A6: Praise risk-taking. Create an environment that celebrates thinking outside of the box. Develop the leaders around you.
A6: I use Google Forms and ask my Ss to reflect on their learning and my teaching. Feeback, feedback, feedback! Model reflection.
A6 Purposely ASK & LISTEN others questions regarding their goals & experiences. This fosters relational conversation for growth
A6 A very important part of our job to help Ss not compare themselves to others. Help them see we are all learning at our own pace.

Ts are dream makers and life changers. It's our job to inspire a growth mindset, so our students can achieve their dreams.
great experience group.. Thankful for the growth mindset boost ;)
A smile does go a long and it doesn't cost a thing to give out to others.
Coaches could phrase the "Try Thinking" statements into probing Qs to help others think in a growth mindset way
Many of us have and still do at times… It’s a mindset that we have to constantly work on..like exercise https://t.co/GQ6rI0BwYC

It can be an expectation that comes with the job. Ed is always changing so it is not realistic. Always more to learn.
Don't forget to add a few new friends to your PLN. Have an awesome incredible week everyone. Keep making a difference.
That's important because achieving at your rate is essential but finding peers to succeed with is just as beneficial
Thank you for a great chat!

Failure means trying. I fail quite a bit but the reflective piece & pushing myself to find a way to be successful is very rewarding
