      We give time in “Morning Meeting” and advisory. I let kids who need extra time in class have it as long as they stay current w/ongoing work.

    Re: Time: I think HS is totally Different than ELM… We’re there for 3.5-4 hours, Ps come, & usually 10-15 minutes per T is plenty. #mnlead

      In personal experience, my Ps rarely went to conf in HS bc felt that Ts in 2,000 Ss school couldn't know me well
