A2: trying new things and working with materials that I've never used before

A2: I am very thrifty by using less expensive things to create. This is the heart of my maker space and most projects I do.

It made me realize how important it is for Ss to get up and move around. To not worry about if they work sitting at a desk or not.

Absolutely! An outside passion/hobby is also a great way for connecting to some students.
A3: The Ss would feel valued for who they're rather than a score on a test.
Q3: By filling the class with passions, you can start naming learning and have it flow naturally.

I find a key is to build an audience for Ss' blogs. Connect w online buddy classes.

A5: I think students know that they are cared about, and that I do my best to make it as student centered as it can be!
Heck no! And the time it's given is so incredibly purposeful
A5: I think my Ss would say that I try to design my lessons around what will interest them most. Getting up, interacting w/peers.
A5b: I teach Math and Science by the way. Easier to do with those subjects.
