A1 It is all about choosing one word that represents you, your philosophy and your driving goal for the year, the week, the month (whatever time frame you choose). A great objective to have for all educators! #piachat

A2: Intentional and Focus are two I can remember. Last school year was a very stressful one for me and I failed to choose a word when we rolled into 2017. Looking back, the first half of the year was definitely survive and second half was impact. Those words chose me. #piachat
A2 last year was my first year adhering to #oneword my word then was momentum. I worked at a school that needed a strategic plan for instruction, resource allocation, community engagement, and teacher development. My #oneword addressed those and helped me to keep going! #PIAChat

A3- I've been trying to narrow it down... intentional, focus (i can use some of that), innovative, calm to name a few.. I know the right one will find me for 2018 #PIAChat

I think my #oneword2018 may be "still" I am usually a person always rushing to the next thing. This year I want to grow roots and invest deeply in the people around me & work I am doing. I have a REAL chance to grow & think I am FINALLY ready to plan my career long term. #PIAChat
