A5: By really talking to the folks in the trenches... the teachers and administrators. Their insight will be so valuable when making decisions. With tech... it does not have to be F2F... host chats, view social media, etc.

A5: I think by spending time in their district schools visiting classrooms and talking to students, teachers and parents. That way they can have additional insights when they vote at meetings.
