    A3: Lots of Student Choice in my K classroom. They choose their seating for sure. My ELA and Math blocks have a Free Choice components during rotations. We self assess our behavior and have tons of class meetings to plan and discuss! #CFISDchat

    A4 it’s been a while since I was a primary teacher, but I gave most of my feedback in conferences or small group. I focused on what they were already doing and grew from there rather than focusing on what they couldn’t do yet #CFISDchat
