    A2: I reacted to issues the school was having in a way that was not that constructive. I wish I could have just been a bit more patient, keeping my eye on the big picture of doing whats best for kids. #AfricaEd

    A1: I feel like kids took their UOI around human migration deep this year. They considered a wide range of perspectives, push/pull factors and underlying causes of migration. It was personal, relevant, and student-driven, & the learning was more powerful as a result. #AfricaEd
