In Tweetdeck, on the left click the + then click list when the options pop up. You can use one of yours or create new.

lists are simply placing anyone you follow (or not) into a category. Doesn't matter what you're using to access Twitter.

It depends on what "keep up" means to you... I pick a column or 2 over coffee each morning. Never everything at once!

When in a chat using Tweetdeck, I use 2 columns. 1 for the hashtag and 1 for the moderator list. That way I can keep up with the Q's.

When in a chat using Tweetdeck, I use 2 columns. 1 for the hashtag and 1 for the moderator list. That way I can keep up with the Q's.

no but you can creat a username for a the group to follow and then if you want make the tweets private.

I use lists for a variety of reasons. Some for hashtag users, others for subject tweeters...

Just write a tweet and start it with that person's Twitter handle. Would be public, not private.
