    I think personalized learning looks different with primary students than middle/high school, need to give them tools to help empower them first before they can take responsibility for their own learning, teacher still an integral and essential part of the learning process #nt2t

    Agreed. We have Ss setting both academic (subject focused) and personal (can be anything) goals. They select independently and confer with teachers along the way #nt2t

    It's a humongous shift in thinking. It can't be completed for everything. I support my T's by telling them to look at what would work...start small to developing an understanding. #nt2t

    A3: I do not have my primary students on Twitter, but use it as a way to communicate with parents/colleagues, Skype and virtual visits to other classrooms in the world provide us with a unique opportunities to connect and learn from others #nt2t

    A3: Twitter is an interactive way for students to broadcast their learning and provide meaningful feedback to others as well. Pictures, words, & videos are all to be shared #nt2t

    It definitely is a huge shift from the traditional teacher role now. I think schools can support teachers through the shift by working with teachers to set their own personal goals as the facilitator of a classroom #nt2t

    A4: As educators, we need to make sure the choices are relevant to their wants and needs. You do not want to force anything with students, they need to have a say in their education so they can be ready for what the future ultimately holds! #nt2t
