I've seen it as simple as a hitch/go concept. Defender plays run, throw the hitch, defender stays man, run him off. Defender can't win!

1 way to handle man is to quad opt it. Ex 2x2 w/ fade/slide to Rd side. Cgap D is dive key, next D outside is "Sprint Key" CB is "Pitch Key"
