Q5: Celebrations and community - What kind of celebrations do you have in class to build a community? #hcpsteach

I do this, too! Plus, it helps me stay on top of what they are doing (and what I can attend). #HCPSTeach

Nice idea, we don't really have bulletin boards in our rooms, but we could put on wall #hcpsteach

A5: We also have a one-minute shoutout session at the end of each class where students recognize the cool things their classmates did that day. It may be a small act, but it definitely strengthens our community. #hcpsteach

A5. This is another area where I can improve upon for my Ss. I love the ideas I am seeing so far. I may have to convert the whiteboard at the back of our room into a "Shout Out" board and read from it. #HCPSTeach
