I am always looking to find the creation of learning under rocks or wherever they may hide. I ask myself "what" questions that Inspire me to be the best learning partner possible for ALL of my students. #teachpos
A2: I tend to be fairly open with my students. They can usually tell what kind of day it’s been, but my usual message is “we’re going to keep our heads up and press on.” I try to encourage them by discouraging them from giving up—that will only make things worse! #teachpos
Successes need to be visible, they need to be on the wall, they need to be curated (typically online, for example in a website) and we need to feed off each other's successes. It shows what is possible and we compete together instead of against one another. #teachPOS#bookcamppd
