Hi #whatisschool colleagues! Gillian from Vancouver. Sad but true--for all the wonderful students in our schools there are situations where #KINDNESS doesn't prevail. How we deal with issues is key
#whatisschool A1: IMO, these things are often the results of a lack of transparency. Why does one T get recognized and not another? Admin whim? When a T does not feel appreciated, these "evils" can easily creep in to a school.
A1 i find i can be a bad example in the classroom when im either tired or have a load of personal stuff going on, this is something ive realized i need to work on #WhatIsSchool
