Q4: Equity vs. equality... it really sets up our class for success and builds community together. We work on celebrating differences, advocating for each other and being helpful in and outside of the classroom! We discuss "that's not fair!" #wearewayne
A4-I look forward to making a difference for a family. Making enrollment happen. Helping with child care. Making a parent exhale with relief when they know their child is safe and loved.
