A1 We have Mustang Medals that can happen at any time. Shoutouts to kids for all sorts of things. I send them home monthly. #admin2b

A1: I along with our school improvement team decide on school-wide awards. Teachers do their own schedule for class awards. #admin2b

A2: I surveyed the parents to come up with a consensus as to when is a good time for school-wide awards for each quarter. #admin2b

A2-to me you have to mix up days and times so all families are able to attend Some will have very diff work schedules #admin2b
