A1: Apps like @mapbox can place the world in the room for kids. Besides the total cool factor- think of how nice for geography teachers to not have an updated atlas for everyone:) Oh and the “look there’s my house” thing is aces too #ARVRinEDU
Great point Nathan! Developers are using @Mapbox to create many new applications with their SDK to build maps with #AR functionality. They have one scene created showing fog. Pretty cool! #ARVRinEDU
A2 think about books that take place in a location. Explore what the characters were doing. Or find a place that would be similar to the book location and create your map stories #ARVRinEDU

Love these ideas, Kim!!!! Environmental studies is a great one. Have you ever used the WWF Free Rivers app? It's pretty cool to see how you can view the stream and manipulate it to adjust the water. Great #AR app. #ARVRinEDU
I absolutely love the @waypointedu app! The #LearningTransported book is going into reprint and I'm going to adjust the name of the app to make sure people can access this awesome app. #ARVRinEDU
