Just follow the hashtag and read along! You can respond if you want to. Just start with A1 for question 1 and A2 for question 2, etc. Then make sure to include the #OrEdChat! Glad you are here Ben!

A1: Getting a Twitter of course! Going into other classrooms help as well. I feel very much connected. It's awesome knowing so many Ts from around the world b/c of Twitter. #oredchat
A1: Getting connected here on Twitter, being involved in committees at school, etc. I stopped eating in the lunchroom about a year ago to avoid negativity but now I feel isolated at school sometimes :( #OrEdChat
A1 I'm probably in one of the more least populated areas in the world yet I feel connected thanks to Twitter, SeeSaw, etc. It's all about mindset in this day and age. #oredchat
Being here in the #oredchat is a good way to come out of isolation. I'm coming out of a long hibernation myself. I felt isolated on social media until recently--thanks @tishrich for helping me to be more Twitter savvy!
A1: Connect here on Twitter! Chats are a great way to get to know your PLN. Create f2f opps like our #coffeeEDU that @LeachTeach4 organizes on Monday nights! #oredchat
A2. I have a journal and I do a lot of reflection. I go back and reread several of my entries on a monthly rotation. #OrEdChat I discuss with my #CoffeeEdu crew.
The only way educators can come out of isolation is for connected educators to reach out and include them. I am better connected with my twitter PLN than with my locals. we are all busy. Sunday night is a great time to connect! #oredchat
A2 I find when I’m laughing at myself in front of my kids, it’s because there is something I obviously need to learn. I usually let them in on it. 😊. Also, a lot of reflection. #oredchat
A2: I reflect almost daily now with intentional, visual, social reflections I call #EduSnaps! I keep them on @padlet and reflect weekly and monthly as well. It's been such a fantastic journey.
A2 Reflecting is huge. I always like to go over my class' work on SeeSaw to see what I need to adapt and/or where we need to go in the weeks to come #oredchat
A2. I'm learning that I was for the longest time resistant to social media cuz of the overwhelming amount of Ed related ideas out there. Now, I'm just trying to get out the finer details of these tools & share them w/ other educators. Easier to do it for others than me #oredchat
A3: I blog, present at conferences, present for my district, building, and share with my leadership team, content team, and my fab #PLN and #PLF here on Twitter. I help everyone who asks. #OrEdChat
A3: I share a lot here on Twitter, I am a @Seesaw ambassador and I do panels sometimes and moderate our grade level FB page, I am also in charge of the tech PD in our district, and I just started an iLunch at my school once a week. #OrEdchat
A3: Twitter, my blog https://t.co/UqtmtnosFa , my PLC meetings, Discovery Core team meetings, in the hallway, coffeeEDU. No one can get away from me. Ha! #oredchat
A3 I always like sharing with colleagues whether that's thru a quick email or in person. A lot of my sharing has been ideas I've gotten from Twitter, etc. When staff asks where I got an idea from I usually say 'Twitter PLN' #oredchat
A3 I am sharing about our classroom on twitter and some colleagues and I share almost daily about what we are learning from our kids and with our kids. Maybe blogging is in my future. #oredchat
A4: Hardly. :( I only know of...4 educators at Fresno State w/ a Twitter but we can grow so much more if more educators shared what's working and what's not. #oredchat
A4: My district is on Twitter, which I am in charge of as district comm dir. Not a big community following on Twitter-mostly sports related. I started an Instagram acct for the district this year, but majority of community is on Facebook. I manage all 3.Share the good! #OrEdChat
A4: My district technically is but can't seem to decide on a hashtag...I use #D9Eagles, my school isn't...yet! #EREOwls and only two of my colleagues....so far! @TheMrMerk@LSaling1 It is incredibly beneficial in building a PLN! #OrEdChat
A4: I don't have a home district, but many I work with do. Lots of my colleagues are on twitter and I have helped others become twitter junkies. Up2date learning for me. #OrEdChat
A4: Yes, our district is on twitter and several colleagues are too. I often forget to tweet because I'm in the throes of learning...I want to get better at tweeting about what's happening in my room and at my school. :-) #oredchat
A4 My school is more Facebook (it's been a great way to connect home and school) as most Ps are on that compared to Twitter. I like Twitter for connecting with Ts and other classrooms globally #oredchat
A4: We have a school hashtag as well as small school hashtags. Some use often, still trying to get the snowball rollin'. Love this @gcouros quote. A fav that I use all the time! #oredchat#innovatorsmindset
A4: I love that my school @WMSofBCSD, District #TeamBCSD and many of my colleagues are on Twitter. It's a great way to see all the great learning going on in our district. A daily Tweet may help to encourage someone in your PLN!#oredchat
I look at Twitter as microblogging. You can't be part of a PLN without being reflective, learning, sharing, leading, and making local and global connections. Why wouldn't districts be on Twitter?? #OrEdChat
A4b: There are a handful of Ts in my district on Twitter. They aren't very active educationally, for the most part. I need to do a Twitter PD! #OrEdChat
A4. Super cool side note. A teacher I taught with in another state 27 years ago is now the superintendent there. We are now connected because of twitter. @ldoering3 💙. #oredchat
A5: As a district wide technology teacher leader, I do meet with colleagues at other schools. It would be fantastic as it would save us time, we could be more consistent, and it wouldn't take time away from my classroom. #OrEdChat
A4: I just saw @MSD549C on Twitter yesterday, and I'm not sure about #Phoenix-Talent Schools or #Central Point Schools? I'm finding that not many #SouthernOregonTeachers are on Twitter, but maybe it's because I'm not well connected yet? I don't Tweet daily, should I? #oredchat
A5. Another reason I love twitter is because I’ve connected with some fabulous colleagues at other schools who are on the island. Hoping to do some school visits with them soon. ✨ #oredchat
A5: All buildings of my district are on the same campus, so we can connect face to face frequently. I do connect with some elem Ts, & I connect with my building and MS more frequently. We connect on Voxer too. #OrEdChat
