A: Whenever I'd go grocery shopping, I'd get a few extra bundles of bananas to have around the classroom--they were invaluable for making friends and helping hungry kids focus! I was always glad I had them. #bfc530
I’m the only instructional coach I know with a quiet area but I let other Ts bring students in to use it. I think it’s cute and it’s a way for me to show my support to teachers and students. #bfc530

As a middle school teacher I am unusual for my stability balls, floor cushions, mats, and director’s chairs. I don’t know how anyone survives teaching trying to make them all sit on chairs at desks. Nothing amazing or surprising - but it’s all I have as an answer! #bfc530

Free expression! Walls, floor, ceiling...students are free to express themselves, even if it bleeds over from the whiteboard (one of the advantages of teaching out of a trailer for 11 years). #bfc530
It’s hard to pick one specific time. My job relies so much on collaboration with others. I am so fortunate to work with an amazing team of admins. #bfc530

For me it's my wireless keyboard with trackpad!
A huge help since my classroom computer is across the room from the projector screen. Easy to hand to a student so they can manipulate what's on screen.

In my self contained class, it's having larger tables along with student desks. Just having space for them to move. Miss that in my larger, inclusion class #bfc530

Good morning! I was helped in a significant way by many but most recently by @kbender715 who served as my point of contact w/ the division for my research and she along w/ @math4m3 provided math training/PD for our teachers. Love them both! #bfc530
Dot stickers. I use them for the focus stickers exercise that’s in my book and the groups of friends exercise I wrote up for TT. And to label books and desks. #bfc530
I have a large classroom library ... I have a media specialist friend that calls me when she is forced to cull through the books ... I get first dibs ... picked up about 500 books last Summer #bfc530
