Personalized learning paths for those Ss who fall between groups and/or tiers; your in between "bubbles" or tier 1.5- I feel as though it's like being in between shoe sizes that don't quite exist yet. We have to make those half sizes for them #edpiper

I don’t know if you can see it, but they took 10 Google business principles & applied to leading innovative classrooms. One was create a sense of urgency. Talked about Ts not getting bogged down & making a quick lesson last for days. #EDpiper#TCEA

I love the “action items” message slide. I also think it’s important for us all to create a sense of urgency. How can we go about creating that in our schools? What does it look like? #EDpiper

Let them heal. Avoid piling on make up work to kids physically overwhelmed and stressed.
I intentionally slow down my pacing in Jan-Feb for this.

A3 My favorite new person at #TCEA happened to be the @TCEA President @drrios - how did I not know him?! Such a neat guy! He brought some middle school girls w him & they were all so funny together in their podcast how-to session. #EDpiper

Oh man, I would pay like $5 just to have someone live stream that day! Thats what they need to do, live stream various rooms for a small fee per session. #edpiper

A6: social media and continued attendance at conferences. I have found, however, that twitter is the best for networking with other educators- all over! I highly encourage it to all teachers that ask me how I keep pushing my learning forward. #EDpiper
