A6: Have every teacher do a bin inventory. Books that don't work for your Ss, trade with other Ts. Builds classroom libraries fast.

A7: Stop assigning "tasks" to it. Make it more authentic, adults don't generally have tasks when they read. Give Ss voice/choice.
