ShiftinEdu is a summit for forward thinkers on November 9 and 10, 2017 in Miami. We gather thought leaders and educators from all over the world and empower them to be influencers in their own communities. The focus of the summit is to drive innovation in education through leveraging new methodologies and technologies in learning.
A1: I have many takeaways from #shiftinedu but I would say my top takeaway is the connections that I made for example being able to have lunch and join in meaningful conversations with @drbrooks & @ajjuliani#myeduheroes
A2: One of my goals from #ShiftinEdu was to increase our culture of empowered teacher leaders. Just this past weekend, we had a large group of teachers that all presented at a state conference- including the incredible @jennyd28! :)
A3: For me, it's always time. We're reading ''Bold Moves" right now, and that is helping me understand how to move away from the old and embrace the new. Doing different things instead of MORE #shiftinedu
