I miss going on that field trip. It's such a great place...the people portraying the Pilgrims make you feel as if you are actually in 1620.!! What did your kids think of it? #4thchat
One of my favorite memories is the "shared field trip" to @plimoth plantation. I had @wkrakower on skype & his students were asking the Pilgrims questions from New Jersey!! #4thchat Then he reciprocated and brought us along to see the USS Intrepid. Good times.
Well, not a lot. Maybe 10 centimeters altogether, but most of it has melted over the last week as we’ve had a series of Chinooks - warm winds coming over the mountains. No snow in the forecast for the foreseeable future, but that could change tomorrow. LOL! #4thchat
We get no snow days in Calgary. This year and last year it got close, but at the last minute it was decided to go ahead and open schools. Of course, parents can choose not to send their children to school and some do. #4thchat
