A1: I saw so many neat and creative costumes today from Ts and Ss. The hook is getting into a character, finding authentic items.
A1 a head band with some paper or other figure attached..I wore reasons worth rulers on them as a hook for measurement

A2: I don't necessarily change the environment, per se, but I always ask "Can I teach this outside?" when planning most of my stuff.
