A1 a head band with some paper or other figure attached..I wore reasons worth rulers on them as a hook for measurement

A2: I don't necessarily change the environment, per se, but I always ask "Can I teach this outside?" when planning most of my stuff.
A2:shake it up!Never a fan of rows. Utilize all spaces to maximize learning, ask Ss for input, shared work space/commons.
