A5: Ask questions, find their currency, develop a relationship, model a lesson. Sometimes it has to happen organically.
A5 personalize what you want to do to them. Same way you would do it with students

A5: Start by listening to their WHY. Find ways to encourage them to move beyond their blockade. If no growth mindset - PLANK!

A6: When we need collaboration, I turn to Ts to help lead sessions & move to facilitator. Me standing in front doesn't help

A6: GoogleDrive is still one of the easiest tools for collab. Finally got admin on board using GDrive folders instead of paper.
