    A1: We completed a full unit on collaboration at the beginning of the year, which included different ways to solve conflicts. So far we have reaped the benefits of dedicating a month just to this. #leadlap

    A1-We discussed what "culture" means. We then discussed how we want students, parents, families, and community members to feel in our school and classrooms. We worked together to create the list! Teamwork makes the dream work. #leadlap

    A1.b- We've focused more on giving students the opportunities to be leaders. Each student works with a team on a school-wide job. We have bi-weekly assemblies where students are leaders, we have leadership teams, and we discuss soft-skills more often. #leadlap

    We also do dance party Friday. Students eat outside, we play music that they suggest (and ok’d by us...😁) and they eat and dance. Teachers come out and eat and dance with them. And the music is loud! #leadlap #LimitlessSchool

    A5: Success is usually measured by test scores. In Texas, we have seven standards of measurement that indicate success. My favorite one is the growth. It’s not fair to say that each student should hit a particular mark, but it is reasonable that every student should grow #leadlap

    A5- I'm at a PK-5 school. One measure we use is to look at how many of our S's are graduating. Our school invites them back the month they are graduating and celebrate them at a school wide assembly. #leadLAP

    My daughter's Physics teacher sent out Christmas Cards to each of his students that year ... loved that, too, as a mom, to see your kid get a card from her teacher with kind wishes and words! #leadlap
