Octotree: Browser extension (Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari) to show a code tree on GitHub. Awesome for exploring project source without having to pull every single repository to your machine.

This is an interesting project posted to https://t.co/lWepprFqmW the other day:
https://t.co/2srGQxCmH0
It watches element attribute changes, such as class and style, for changes. Pretty new project but definitely interesting #DevDiscuss
One of my favorite open source projects is @docsmsft π I love being able to submit a pull request to fix and improve the documentation for the software I use all day long. π #DevDiscuss

I second that. Itβs one of my favorite and it would be great to see the nocode talk. And maybe one day attend the nocode conference. π #DevDiscusshttps://t.co/zsQYK0xdyW

JUST ANNOUNCED! You want to know more, and we are listening. Read about the @vlingo_io architecture and sneak a peek at the coming platform components: https://t.co/TOX3ue8izN
Long a Unix & Linux user, I've been doing more with BSDs.
OpenBSD: it's svelte (runs well in 256MB of RAM), secure, and includes a number of services out of the box
FreeBSD: ZFS & jails are wonderful

Using Python with various mathematical & scientific libraries (e.g., scipy, numpy, matplotlib), especially when paired with @ProjectJupyter notebooks, can be a superb alternative to Matlab. #DevDiscuss
I love @mattermosthq as an alternative to slack. A group of us has been using it at work for about a year now with more people using it every day. I use slack for a school project and can't stand how much of the markdown spec is missing. #DevDiscuss
I found https://t.co/cl25beBKoI over the weekend. I can finally get code coverage for my @dotnet core projects in my native operating system! It's still early but pretty neat for what's ready so far! #DevDiscuss

In my educational career I've used https://t.co/HVI7ecCO6W many times as an alternative to Matlab / Maple / other computer algebra systems. #DevDiscuss
I've been using @code a lot for @Docker related development. The plugins are helpful. It gives you a lot while letting you maintain control of things. This is good when you're learning a new platform imho.

I used to work on a project that had a lot of bespoke image processing tooling. I've been playing around with image manipulation on my own lately & using OpenCV instead of starting from scratch. I'm not in very deep yet, but so far so good. #DevDiscusshttps://t.co/8OgUv5IdC6
@code is a wonderful OSS project #DevDiscuss. I've been able to get syntax highlighting errors fixed and seen the update shipped in hours. Beyond satisfying.
Some cool things coming soon at https://t.co/6GMfYR5f1j. 6 years ago when I interviewed I was told "Open Source isn't a thing we do here". I'm so glad that's changing. Not much I can say right now but I've already got a few repos I'd like to share. #DevDiscuss
